Dining at Fernhill is rooted in a family tradition that goes back generations and one of the best places to eat in Clonakilty. When our great-grandfather Michael J. O’Neill purchased the Georgian manor house in the 1940s, he brought with him a deep respect for quality ingredients, shaped by his work as both a farmer and a butcher.
Today, that same passion continues through the O’Neill family. With over 40 years of culinary experience in the kitchen and decades of hospitality expertise in service, our team is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
